Empowering the Future of Science Education

hybex™ Erlenmeyer Flasks with GL45 caps are manufactured from high-quality borosilicate 3.3 glass, offering superior thermal resistance, chemical durability, and long-term reliability for laboratory workflows. The low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.3) allows these flasks to withstand repeated heating, cooling, and autoclaving cycles—making them ideal for shaking applications, media preparation, and sample storage.

Each flask features permanent white enamel graduations for easy volume estimation and a white identification marking area for labeling or coding. The wide-mouth GL45 threaded neck ensures compatibility with a broad range of closures and accessories, including phenolic, vented, and specialty caps from multiple manufacturers.

For secure storage of media and cultures, flasks are supplied with an autoclavable polypropylene (PP) GL45 cap and drip ring, helping reduce spills and contamination. Optional cap colors and high-temperature PBT caps (up to 180 °C) are available to support specialized laboratory requirements.

Available in multiple capacities and pack sizes, hybex™ Erlenmeyer flasks are a dependable solution for academic, industrial, and research laboratories requiring reusable, breakage-resistant glassware.
