1) Eligibility & Use of the Site

3) Pricing, Promotions & Errors

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and applicable surcharges unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional codes/discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
• If a pricing, availability, or content error occurs, we may cancel or adjust an order. If payment has processed, we will refund the affected portion.

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline for any reason (e.g., verification issues, limited quantities, suspected fraud).
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.

5) Taxes & Compliance

7) Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect shipments upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days with your order number, photos, and a description so we can assist in line with our policies.

• Unless otherwise specified, products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stated window.
• Certain items (e.g., consumables, sterile lab supplies, custom/special orders, software, clearance/final sale) may be non-returnable.
• Where applicable, a restocking fee may be deducted from refunds as described in the Returns & Refund Policy (typically 20%, with exceptions for damaged/defective/incorrect items).

9) Warranties

Any applicable warranty is provided by the original manufacturer and is subject to their terms. Nexera does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law. For warranty service, we may facilitate support with the manufacturer; proof of purchase may be required.

10) Safety, Intended Use & Compliance

Many products are intended for educational, laboratory, or professional use by trained individuals. You are responsible for proper selection, installation, calibration, use, and maintenance, and for following all manuals, labels, and safety instructions. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and institutional requirements, including hazardous materials handling where applicable.

11) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) interfere with Site security/operation; (b) scrape or harvest content; (c) misrepresent your identity; (d) resell products where prohibited; (e) use products for unlawful purposes; or (f) infringe third-party rights.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, product data, downloads) is owned by Nexera or its licensors/suppliers and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use and share it (including with trusted fulfillment and logistics partners for order processing). By placing an order, you consent to communications about your purchase (order confirmations, shipping updates, service notices).

15) Limitation of Liability

16) Indemnification

17) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, acts of government, or power/Internet outages).

18) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

19) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexera regarding the Site and purchases.
