Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nexera Scientific. We want you to have a positive experience when ordering from us. Because many of our products are fulfilled through partner manufacturers and distributors, certain policies apply to returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1) Order Accuracy & Cancellations
- Please review your order carefully before submitting.
- Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to make changes after purchase, you must request a return once the order has been delivered.
2) Return Authorization (RMA) Required
- All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- To request an RMA, please email support@nexerasci.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
- Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
3) Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery unless defective or damaged.
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Consumables and sterile laboratory supplies
- Custom or special-order items
- Software and digital products
- Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items
4) Restocking Fees
Most returns are subject to a 20%–25% restocking fee, applied by our suppliers. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions: Restocking fees do not apply to items returned due to shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items received.
5) Refund Processing Timeline
- Once your return is approved and received at our supplier’s facility, it will be inspected.
- Refunds typically take 1–2 weeks to process after the supplier confirms acceptance of the return.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will work with the supplier to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
7) Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that the shipping and billing information provided at checkout is correct.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items returned without following these guidelines may be refused or result in delayed refunds.
8) How to Request a Return
- Contact support@nexerasci.com within the return window.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Complete the RMA form provided by our team.
- Ship the item back to the address provided with your RMA instructions.
- Once approved and processed, you’ll receive confirmation of your refund.
