How do I place an order with Nexera Scientific?
You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and completing checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
For schools, universities, and institutions, we also accept purchase orders (POs). To place an order using a PO, email us at orders@nexerascientific.com with your PO number, billing/shipping details, and product requirements. Our team will confirm and process your order promptly.

- If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel at no cost.
- If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and may be subject to shipping fees and a restocking charge.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll also get a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

After your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your package’s progress. If you placed your order by email/PO, our team will also provide tracking updates.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from schools, universities, research institutions, and other approved organizations. Simply email your PO to orders@nexerascientific.com along with your billing and shipping details.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and eligible for return. Some products (such as opened chemicals, refrigerated items, and customized products) are non-returnable.

Yes. Since Nexera Scientific dropships products directly from our suppliers, most returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (set by the supplier). Additional inspection or repackaging fees may apply if items are not returned in resalable condition.

Please email support@nexerascientific.com to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to the supplier. Returns sent without an RGA number cannot be processed.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because products ship directly from our suppliers, returns may take 2–3 weeks to process once received. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the supplier confirms the return. For purchase orders, a credit memo will be issued to your institution.
