  • Identifiers & contact info: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.
  • Order & payment info: items purchased, order total, delivery details. Payment card data is processed by our payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) and not stored by us.
  • Account info: usernames, saved addresses, preferences, support history.
  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and interactions collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • Marketing & communications: your consents, email engagement, campaign interactions.

2) How We Use Information

  • To process and fulfill orders, returns, and customer support requests.
  • To operate and improve our website, products, and services.
  • To prevent fraud, secure our services, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Compliance & safety: to law enforcement or regulators where required.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5) Dropshipping & Fulfillment

To fulfill your order, we may share shipping details (e.g., name, address, items ordered) with our third-party manufacturing and distribution partners who ship directly to you (“dropship vendors”). These partners use your information solely to fulfill and service your order in accordance with our instructions.

6) Your Choices

  • Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our emails or contact us.
  • Cookies/ads: use your browser settings to limit cookies; see opt-out tools below.
  • Do Not Track/Global Privacy Control (GPC): when supported and detected, we honor GPC signals as an opt-out request for the browser you use to visit our site.

We will verify your request and respond as required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted.

8) GDPR (EEA/UK) Legal Bases

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: to perform a contract (order fulfillment); with your consent (e.g., certain marketing cookies/emails); for our legitimate interests (site security, improvement, limited direct marketing); and to comply with legal obligations. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and portability.

9) Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal/ tax/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention for order records is up to 7 years unless a longer period is required by law.

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us to request deletion.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
