The Benchmark MyBlock I Digital Dry Bath Incubator is part of the next-generation MyBlock™ series, engineered for precise sample incubation with enhanced temperature accuracy, energy efficiency, and operational flexibility. Featuring a single-chamber design and advanced digital microprocessor control, this dry bath allows for simple “set-and-forget” heating—perfect for research, clinical, or molecular biology labs.

Unlike traditional dry baths, the MyBlock I includes a hinged, transparent lid that helps maintain temperature uniformity by creating a warm air jacket around the chamber, while also reducing energy waste through minimized heat loss. The lid can be flipped open or fully removed to accommodate taller tubes or specialized workflows.

An optional external temperature probe is available for real-time monitoring of actual sample temperatures, offering greater control for temperature-sensitive applications like enzyme reactions, DNA denaturation, or PCR preparation.

This model is compatible with Benchmark’s Quick-Flip™ universal blocks (sold separately), which support 0.2mL to 2.0mL tubes and PCR strips, with dual models also accepting PCR plates. Additional block options are available for larger tubes up to 50mL.
